Double-guitar cover of Walk, the 11th track on Wasting Light by the Foo Fighters. Edit 13 February 2012 GRAMMY - BEST ROCK SONG! Here's to the Foos, the ones who get alls us through. The guitar is my own custom Gibson Les Paul, built on a (very) heavily customized 2008 Les Paul Studio. The amp is an all-tube 2007 15W Fender Blues Jr. (Ltd. Ed. Tweed). The only effects I'm using are the drive on the amp and a Boss Blues Driver (BD-2). Recorded using a Blue Snowball USB Microphone. Sorry the rhythm is a little bit off for the first few bars. It's tricky to nail because of how suddenly the song starts. But I know you guys can figure that out on your own. If you listen under headphones it's easier to distinguish between the guitar parts (the right and left guitars are panned 70% to each side). I promise the guitar work is 99% accurate, I made this video after watching the Roxy performance and then Back & Forth. Enjoy!
